Voor de onderzoeker zijn het de woorden en afleidingselementen die hij op basis van een naamkundige analyse heeft weten te identificeren in de hem overgeleverde plaatsnamen voorraad. The Research for Toponymic Elements in Historical Perspective The idea of a 'Toponymic Element' can be viewed from two points of view. For the person attributing the name toponymic elements are names en derived elements that he uses when a place is created. For the researcher these elements are words en derived elements that he needs to identify with a onomastic analysis in the place names available to him. |
