A8) a été identifié par N. Guilhou comme un extrait du Livre de la Vache céleste. Cet article considère qu’il provient de la tombe de Séthi Ier (KV 17) tout comme un autre fragment inscrit (Bristol Ha7929) identifié par le professeur E. Hornung et comme un élément plus petit découvert à proximité de la KV 17 par Ted Brock (ARCE) lors de ses fouilles dans la Vallée des Rois. The fragment of wall relief preserved at the musée Calvet in Avignon (inv. A8) has been identified by N. Guilhou as a part of the Book of the Heavenly Cow. This paper argues that it comes from the tomb of Seti I (KV 17) as well as another inscribed fragment (Bristol Ha7929) identified by professor E. Hornung and as a smaller piece discovered in the vicinity of KV 17 by Ted Brock (ARCE) during his excavations in the Valley of the Kings. |
