Par contre, l’œcuménisme qu’on pourrait appeler «institutionnel» a traversé plusieurs crises, tant le dialogue de Rome avec l’Orthodoxie (notamment la question de l’Uniatisme et du patriarcat en Ukraine) que celui du COE avec l’Orthodoxie (conditions de participation des Églises orthodoxes). During the last thirty years, «grass roots» ecumenism has known important advances during the Assemblies of Basel, Seoul and Graz. On the other hand what could be called «institutional» ecumenism has undergone several crises both in the dialogue between Rome and Orthodoxy (in particular the Uniate question and that of the patriarchate in the Ukraine) and in the dialogue between the ECC and Orthodoxy (the conditions of participation of the Orthodox Churches). |
