Ce que démontre une enquête sur ses pionniers (Calvin, Spinoza, Richard Simon) et la fonction qu’elle exerce chez des systématiciens tels que W. Pannenberg et Ch. Theobald. Les rapports de cette exégèse avec l’analyse narratologique sont illustrés à travers le dialogue entre P. Ricœur et A. LaCocque et les prises de position de P. Gibert. This article develops the theory that historical-critical exegesis is the founding scientific discipline of systematic theology. This is demonstrated by the work of its pioneers (Calvin, Spinoza, Richard Simon) and by the role it plays in systematic theology as developed by W. Pannenberg and Ch. Theobald. The connections between this exegesis and narratology are illustrated by the dialogue between P. Ricoeur and A. LaCocque, and by the perspective adopted by P. Gibert. |
