L’entretien qui traite des pouvoirs de la prononciation de théonymes contient deux listes de mots donnés pour des noms d’Ahura Mazdā qui, en réalité, comme ceux que le Veh Yašt (Yt 15) donne à Vāyu, proviennent de vieux travaux de grammaire et de lexicographie sans lien direct aucun avec la désignation des dieux. The Ohrmazd Yašt (Yt 1), the first of the 22 Yašts, is not a yašt. This heterogeneous text consists of an interview Ahura Mazdā granted to Zoroaster and a collection of fragments. The interview, which is about the power of pronouncing theonyms, contains two lists of words presented as names of Ahura Mazdā which are, in fact, just like those given by the Veh Yašt (Yt 15) to Vāyu, derived from old grammatical and lexicographical works lacking any direct link with the designation of the gods. |
