Abstract :

In medicine and in law, practice concerns the human being as a corporal being and a being of speech. This consideration allows the formulation of a kind of ethics which reconciles medical management of the body and the interiority of the suffering body. This article discusses some themes suggested by the issue in a recent book of Xavier Dijon « La réconciliation corporelle ».
