La première livraison de l’article s’attache au texte même et à la facture littéraire de cet hymne aux Noms divins, et explore les liens intertextuels noués avec la Bible hébraïque, les textes de Qumrân et la liturgie juive ancienne. The last chapter of Ben Sira is an enigma. In its middle, Si 51:12a-o has the peculiarity of coming down to us only in Hebrew, in ms. B found in the Cairo Genizah from 1896 on. The Versions ignore it — and so, most of our translated Bibles. Research has been strangely silent on this Psalm; it is time to re-open the file. The first part of this article is devoted to the text itself, and to the literary construction of this hymn to the Divine Names. It explores the intertextual links with the Hebrew Bible, Qumran texts and early Jewish liturgy. |
