Dans ces textes, les différences fondamentales entre la foi chrétienne et la foi musulmane ne sont quasiment jamais abordées. Nous essayons de comprendre comment l’affirmation d’une fraternité dans la foi au Dieu unique est compatible avec une vraie prise en compte de ces différences. Official texts of the Roman Catholic Church insist on «fraternity in the faith in the unique God» in order to invite Christians and Muslims to «preserve and promote peace, liberty, social justice and moral values» (Nostra Ætate 3). In these texts, the fundamental differences between the Christian and the Muslim faith are not really taken into account. We try to understand how the affirmation of a fraternity in the faith to the unique God is compatible with a real consideration of these differences. |
