Toutefois, l’expérience de salut du retour de l’exil se fait sans la dynastie davidique, le titre de messie étant même transféré à Cyrus, et ceux d’élu et serviteur (Ps 89,4) au personnage d’Is 42,1. Cette conception d’une promesse de salut en l’absence de rois a été étendue au royaume du nord selon une relecture sudiste de l’histoire. In the Book of Isaiah, the salvation of Jerusalem and the kingship, at the time of the prophet Isaiah, appears as an experience of salvation, and a promise of the continuation of the history. Yet in the experience of the salvation on the return from exile, the Davidic dynasty is absent. The title of Messiah is given to Cyrus, with that of chosen and servant (Ps 89,4) to the personage of Is 42,1. This conception of a promise of salvation without kings has been transferred to the Northern Kingdom in a new reading of the history of the North in the vein of the conception of the southern history. |
