Surgical intervention followed by medical therapy is the treatment of choice. A hydatid disease in pregnancy is challenging with a varied presentation and manifestation. A pregnant woman presented with a ruptured pericardial cyst diagnosed by echocardiography, magnetic resonance and serology. Finally, she received medical treatment and no surgical intervention. |
