Cet article se propose d’exposer la doctrine de l’Église catholique en ce domaine, de l’analyser et de faire apparaître les insatisfactions qu’elle suscite. Dans une seconde partie, il tente d’ouvrir une nouvelle voie. Celle-ci suppose la prise en considération de l’échec, dans la vie chrétienne. Elle déplace le moment où l’Église intervient, pour le situer non plus lors d’un second mariage, mais au moment de la faillite du premier. Elle propose aux personnes en cause un accompagnement ecclésial, et le sacrement de réconciliation qui les rétablit dans la communion plénière avec l’Église. The status of remarried divorcees among the faithful gives rise to a feeling of unease. This article examines the teaching of the Catholic Church on this matter and in analysing it brings out the dissatisfaction it provokes. In a second part, the author tries to open a new way of approach. This approach supposes that consideration be given to failure in Christian life and moves the moment of the Church's intervention in order to place it not at the moment of a second marriage, but rather at the failure of the first. The article proposes to those concerned support from the Church and the sacrament of reconciliation which re-establishes them in full fellowship with the Church. |
