Dated 15 August 1924, close to the feast of St. Louis, King of France and Lodovico’s patron, it was first published in 1986. Lodovico married Giuseppina on 22 October 1924 in the church where their parents were married. The auxiliary bishop presided at the wedding, but Don Battista said the nuptial Mass in the vestment made out of his mother’s wedding robe for his ordination.
