Abstract :
It has long been recognized that entrepreneurs bring creativity, vision, and change to global economic and business life. Entrepreneurs are innovators, talented organizers, risk-takers, and dynamic leaders who start businesses that market new products and services. They bring together people, ideas, capital, and other resources to pursue market opportunities. Entrepreneurs mediate and creatively combine diverse factors of production after making a reasoned assessment of consumer needs. Entrepreneurial activity is a leading source of new business development, job creation, and economic growth in many regions of the world. Leaders in business, government, and education increasingly recognize the importance of entrepreneurship for economic life in society.
