The relationship can be seen not only from hard facts such as the distribution of wealth and possessions between the sexes. It can be seen also from the use of symbolic language and images. The author of this article thus understands it to be necessary to reflect on the concept of the world and its – postmodern – fate. L’existence d’un rapport étroit entre le mépris de la femme et le mépris du monde a de virulentes répercussions sur la politique à l’époque de la mondialisation. Notamment parce que la mondialisation suscita la thèse que les femmes seraient les vieilles nouvelles perdantes si elles ne s’adaptaient pas assez vite. Certains faits, comme la répartition des richesses entre les sexes, mais aussi l’usage d’un langage et d’images symboliques, semblent confirmer cette thèse. L’auteur pense qu’il est nécessaire de réfléchir sur le concept de monde et son destin – postmoderne –. |
