La correspondance inattendue entre la légende d'un sceau administratif sassanide récemment publié et le titre du prince arménien Smbat Bagratuni, attesté dans plusieurs documents du Livre des lettres de l'Église arménienne, mais inconnu par ailleurs, est d'un intérêt particulier pour le témoignage qu'il nous fournit sur l'administration et la politique perse en Grande Arménie au début du VIIe siècle. |
