However, recognition of Kurdish identity -and thus of language and culture- is perhaps teh one aim in which all Kurds involved in the struggle against oppression have in common; it is hoped that the present study will help their cause, albeit indirectly, by illustrating the richness and complexity of Kurdish literature. |
