Title: An Order to Supply a loricarius with Bread from Oxyrhynchus
Author(s): QUINTANA, Alejandro Ruben

Volume: 57 Date: 2020
Edition of a late antique order from an unidentified comes to supply bread to a metalworker called loricarius, previously unattested in Greek. The text suggests that the class of ship called καρίς 'shrimp' was so named because its armor plating recalled the exoskeleton of the crustacean.
