Le texte principal est une sorte de prototype du décret de Nauri de Séthy Ier et la stèle est, selon toute vraisemblance, inachevée. Après avoir examiné en détail le texte et comparé celui-ci à d’autres décrets apparentés, le monument est replacé dans son contexte géographique et historique. Les rares autres mentions de Toutânkhamon dans la province d’Abydos sont discutées à la fin de l’étude. The remarkably well preserved granite stela currently in display in the Louvre Abu Dhabi (LAD.2016.17), makes known a decree dated from year IX of Tutankhamun and mentions two otherwise unknown members of the Osiris priesthood at Abydos. The main text is a kind of prototype of Nauri’s decree of Sethy I and, as far as can be judged, is unfinished. After having studied in detail the text and compared it to other related decrees, the monument is put back in its geographical and historical context, and the few other mentions of Tutankhamun in the province of Abydos are commented on at the end of the study. |
