L’article vise à montrer que le v. 5 traite d’un cas particulier, soit celui de la conduite à tenir à la cour royale, tandis que le v. 6 a une portée universelle. C’est pourquoi l’expression עת ומשפט n’a pas la même signification aux v. 5b et 6a. The author presents the state of research about textual criticism, diachronic and synchronic approaches, and the literary analysis concerning Qoheleth 8,5-6; in doing so, he pays a special attention to the expression עת ומשפט which appears in v. 5b and 6a. The article aims at showing that v. 5 deals with a particular case, that of the conduct to be held at the royal court, while v. 6 is universal in scope. This is why the expression עת ומשפט does not have the same meaning in v. 5b and 6a. |
