Even though some Narmuthis ostraca make allusion to a regnal year, in most texts the name of the emperor is not explicitly mentioned and several dating possibilities should be considered. In this article, all the published texts containing dating elements have been gathered in order to determine, as accurately as possible, the period of configuration of the Narmuthis archive. |
