A twin pregnancy in a patient with a uterus didelphys
An unusual case of a spontaneous twin pregnancy is presented in a 32-year-old woman. She was known with a uterus didelphys: a completely divided system in which the patient has two uteri, two cervices and a complete vaginal septum. In this case, each pregnancy was located in one uterus. This is called a “bicorporeal pregnancy”.
