'Flüchtlingskrise' in Europa bzw. in Mittel- und Osteuropa. Der Artikel geht am Beispiel Tschechien davon aus, dass die Länder Mittel- und Osteuropas gegenüber der Aufnahme von Flüchtlingen skeptisch sind. Der Artikel möchte deswegen auf zwei Zusammenhänge hinweisen: Es soll erstens gezeigt werden, dass Tschechien und die anderen Länder Mittel- und Osteuropas national sehr homogene Länder sind, und zweitens, dass Tschechien bis heute für die Situation der Roma-Minderheit keine Lösung gefunden hat. Die verbreitete Skepsis gegenüber den Roma wird jetzt auf Flüchtlinge übertragen. Zum Schluss weist der Artikel mögliche Wege aus dieser Situation auf, die, sofern sie als Herausforderungen angenommen werden, die Solidarität wieder in die Gesellschaft einbringen können. The article reflects the present situation of the so-called 'refugee crisis' in Europe, especially in central and eastern Europe. The article takes its starting-point from the example of the Czech Republic and moves to the recognition that the countries of central and eastern Europe generally are doubtful about the assimilation of refugees. The article refers to two connected matters: it will first be shown that the Czech Republic and the other central and eastern countries are very homogeneous, and secondly that the Czechs up to the present time have not found a way of dealing with the Roma minority. The broad scepticism about the Roma will now be carried over to the refugees. Finally the article points to possible ways out of this situation, which, in so far as we take up the challenge, call again for solidarity in society. Cet article décrit la situation actuelle de ce qu’on appelle la «crise des réfugiés» en Europe et, en particulier, en Europe du centre et de l’est. Il prend comme point de départ l’exemple de la République tchèque pour en arriver à reconnaître que, de manière générale, les pays du centre et de l’est de l’Europe sont sceptiques quant à l’assimilation de réfugiés. L’article se réfère à deux questions connexes: il montre tout d’abord l’homogénéité de la République tchèque et des autres pays du centre et de l’est de l’Europe, pour ensuite faire valoir que les tchèques, jusqu’à ce jour, n’ont pas trouvé comment gérer la minorité rom. Le scepticisme largement partagé à propos des Roms se voit maintenant transféré sur les réfugiés. L’article se centre enfin sur deux voies possibles pour sortir de cette situation qui, pour autant que nous relevions le défi, est un nouvel à la solidarité au sein de la société. |
