La rencontre du Christ est proposée tout particulièrement au travers de la liturgie et de l’appropriation des attitudes de l’attention mutuelle et du service. L’initiation aux pratiques de la liturgie et la charité engagent un processus de reconnaissance où enfants et catéchistes se découvrent réciproquement comme témoins de la foi et bénéficiaires d’une même participation à la charité du Christ, jusqu’à constituer ensemble une communauté fraternelle invitée à l’action de grâce. La relecture de l’expérience prend ici le statut d’une mystagogie des pratiques qui ont été données à vivre. Addressed to children living with a handicap, the pedagogy of special catechesis privileges a bodily, symbolic and relational approach to the Christian faith. The encounter with Christ is proposed more particularly by means of liturgy and the appropriation of attitudes of mutual attentiveness and service. Initiation into the practices of liturgy and charity engages a process of recognition where children and catechists discover each other as witnesses to the faith and at the same time as beneficiaries of a shared participation in the love of Christ. In this way, they can, together, build a fraternal community called to be open to the workings of grace. Reflecting on this experience takes the role here of a mystagogy of practices that have been given to us in order to be sources of life. |
