Mais pour que l’Évangile soit reçu, l’apôtre doit veiller à positionner la légitimité de son apostolat et être lui-même configuré au Christ. Ainsi, il peut discerner dans la prière ce que l’Évangile veut dire aux hommes selon ce qu’ils vivent et les aider à passer de l’indicatif de l’annonce à l’impératif de la mise en oeuvre de l’Évangile dans leur vie. Paul is the first model for the evangelization of the nations. Without using the term 'new evangelization', he reveals how the proclamation of the kerygma must always be renewed and adapted to the context. But for the Gospel to be received, the apostle must take care to position the legitimacy of his or her apostolate and to be personally configured to Christ. In this way, he or she will be able to discern, in prayer, what the Gospel is saying to human beings depending on their life experience and to help them to move from the declaration of the message to its implementation in their lives. |
