Pourtant ces itinéraires, qui amènent ou non à la célébration du sacrement, offrent déjà la grâce de Dieu dont les figures correspondent justement aux besoins des jeunes. Even more than in the case of adults, it is difficult to propose processes of reconciliation to adolescents, who are going through a period of construction of the self while their religious and moral formation is still quite rudimentary. And yet these processes, which may or may not include the celebration of the sacrament, already offer the grace of God in forms that are well suited to meeting the needs of young people, especially if what is offered is part of the context of peer groups and a catechesis of journeying towards growth in faith, and if it is placed in the context of the other sacraments (Eucharist, Confirmation). |
