L’empreinte la plus profonde du concile sur la catéchèse est peut-être cette «manière nouvelle» de parler qu’a adopté le concile, prenant au sérieux l’invitation lancée aux Pères par Jean XXIII dans son discours inaugural et suivant laquelle la tâche principale du concile était d’exprimer l’Évangile d’une manière qui corresponde aux exigences de notre époque. If the Second Vatican Council had little to say about catechesis, it has nevertheless made a significant impact on its development. The most important mark made by the Council on catechesis may be this 'new way' of speaking adopted by the Council, taking seriously the invitation to the Council Fathers made by John XXIII in his opening address, in which he stated that the principal task of the Council was to express the Gospel in a way that corresponds to the needs of our age. |
