Il s’agit d’une analyse d’un texte non directement lié à l’Europe: l’Introduction à l’Origine de la Géométrie de Husserl de J. Derrida. L’Introduction est un texte fondamental pour la compréhension des rapports entre l’idéalité phénoménologique, la déconstruction et indirectement l’idée d’Europe. Si l’idée d’Europe est caractérisée, chez Husserl, par un processus d’idéalisation, il est nécessaire de prendre en considération ce texte de Husserl qui cherche à penser les conditions de possibilité de la transmission du sens idéal. Penser l’origine du sens et sa transmission revient à penser l’origine du projet rationnel qu’on appelle l’Europe, le statut de son identité, le concept de responsabilité qui lui est lié, sa structure temporelle et ses conditions de possibilité. The aim of this article is to study the question of the transcendental and of ideality in Husserl and Derrida in order to show the roots of Derrida’s thought on Europe and to consider a possible application of it to the European question. It consists in an analysis of a text not directly connected to Europe: J. Derrida’s Introduction to Husserl’s Origin of Geometry. The Introduction is a fundamental text for the understanding of the relations between phenomenological ideality, deconstruction and indirectly the idea of Europe. If the idea of Europe in Husserl is characterised by a process of idealisation, it is necessary to take into consideration this text by Husserl which seeks to work out the conditions of possibility of the transmission of ideal meaning. To work out the origin of meaning and its transmission amounts to thinking through the origin of the rational project called Europe, the status of its identity, the concept of responsibility attached to it, its temporal structure and its conditions of possibility. |
