En ce sens, le comportement pourra lui-même se révéler «fondamental», dans sa prise en charge de la question de l’être, et ce, d’une part, par rapport à un comportement quotidien superficiel et irrésolu, de l’autre, par rapport au comportement accaparé de l’animal. Ces analyses permettent de mettre à jour chez le Heidegger d’avant la Kehre, une phénoménologie du comportement qui ne se pose plus seulement en termes de «réflexe», ou encore de «structure», et va jusqu’à interroger le comportement que le philosophe doit manifester à l’égard de lui-même. «To behave» is to find oneself engaged in a world according to a bundle of privileged relations, which engages in existence the fundamental modes of being of the self: questioning, transcendence, finitude, temporality, freedom. In this sense, behaviour will itself be able to reveal itself as «fundamental», by taking over the question of being, and this, on the one hand, in comparison with daily superficial and irresolute behaviour, and, on the other hand, in comparison with the determined behaviour of the animal. These analyses make it possible to bring to light in Heidegger before the Kehre a phenomenology of behaviour which is no longer expressed merely in terms of «reflex», or of «structure», and goes as far as questioning the behaviour which the philosopher must show in regard to himself. |
