Title: Tweegesprek of monoloog?
Subtitle: Van den vos Reynaerde, vers 3462-3467
Author(s): BIESHEUVEL, Ingrid
Journal: Spiegel der Letteren
Volume: 48 Issue: 4 Date: 2006
In the past the lines 3462 – 3467 of Van den vos Reynaerde have always been looked upon as a dialogue between Isingrijn, the fox and Bruun, the bear. After investigating the way in which the poet introduces speaking persons in his poem, the author in this contribution argues that the lines should be regarded upon as a monologue of Isingrijn.
