Abstract :
A case of double left anterior descending artery is presented. One originated from the left main stem and the second one originated from the right sinus of Valsalva.This is an extremely rare variety of congenital coronary artery anomaly. By an extensive review of the medical literature, we were able to find only four similar cases.
