Abstract :
Aortocoronary dissection as a complication of diagnostic angiography or percutaneous coronary intervention is a rare occurrence.We describe a patient,in whom retrograde aortic dissection appeared during percutaneous coronary intervention to the right coronary artery, which was successfully treated by a 4-stent implantation.
