We describe a case of skull tuberculosis in a Somali fugitive. The patient presented with a history of a painfull mass at the vertex of the skull. The diagnosis, suspected on histological grounds was established by culture of the operative biopsy. Surgery was performed and antituberculous treatment was started. |
