Pelvic CT-scan confi rmed left sacroiliitis. Complete blood count revealed pancytopenia. A bone marrow biopsy and aspiration was performed under local anaesthesia. The pathologist reported Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. The reported patient is the first case of acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, accompanied by sacroiliitis. |
