It presents on the one hand the view that, through these changes, the Church has accepted the Labour Laws as the regulating laws for the labour relations in the chruch. On the other hand it is stated that in the light of freedom of religion and the essence of being a church, this Church formulates the rules for its labour relations in its Church Order. |
