The text derives from the Vatican Arabic manuscript 104, an autograph. The Questions deal with Christology and are mainly polemics against the Nestorians. The numerous biblical citations, and citations from ancient readings, from the Church Fathers, and from Arab Christian theologians have been carefully identified. |
