Abstract :
The article presents the French translation of three Questions that constitute part of the Kitāb al-Burhān, the Book of the Demonstration, a kind of theological summa written by the Arabic Coptic scholar, Abū Sākir Ibn al-Rāhib and completed in 1270-1271. The text derives from the Vatican Arabic manuscript 104, an autograph. The Questions deal with Christology and are mainly polemics against the Nestorians. The numerous biblical citations, and citations from ancient readings, from the Church Fathers, and from Arab Christian theologians have been carefully identified.
