Bezugsrahmen ist die Evangelische Kirche in Deutschland (EKD), deren Wahrnehmung von Gender institutionell stärker verankert ist, als die Wahrnehmung von Dis/ability. Demgegenüber zeigen sich Interdependenzen zwischen theologischer und kirchenpraktischer Unsensibilität für Dis/ability bis hin zu Ableismus. Pfarrdienstrechtlich ist ein großer Interpretationsspielraum geboten, im Rahmen dessen nicht von Grund auf Gleichbehandlung von Menschen mit und ohne – in diesem Fall körperliche Behinderung – festgeschrieben wird. Die verfassenden Kirchenhistorikerinnen haben zu ihren Erfahrungen mit Kirche als Arbeitgeberin zwei Pfarrpersonen mit Behinderung befragt. Ihre Berichte sind zwei Beispiele, wie seit den 1980er Jahren bis in die Gegenwart hinein Behinderung in der Ausbildungsphase des Vikariats und im Pfarrdienst von evangelischen Kirchen adressiert wurde und wird. Der Artikel schließt mit einer historischen wie the*logischen Einordnung. The article explores the relationship between gender and dis/ability among Protestant pastors in Germany. The framework of reference is the Protestant Church in Germany (EKD), where the institutional awareness of gender is more firmly established than that of dis/ability. In contrast, the study reveals interdependencies between theological and ecclesial-practical insensitivities toward dis/ability – up to and including ableism. From the perspective of church law governing pastoral service, there is a wide scope for interpretation, within which equal treatment of people with and without – in this case, physical – disabilities is not fundamentally guaranteed. The authors, both church historians, interviewed two pastors with disabilities about their experiences with the church as an employer. Their accounts provide two examples of how, from the 1980s to the present, disability has been addressed during the training phase of the vicariate and within pastoral ministry in Protestant churches. The article concludes with both a historical and theological contextualisation. Este artículo explora la relación entre género y dis/capacidad en el contexto pastoral protestante de Alemania. El marco de referencia es la Iglesia Protestante en Alemania (EKD), cuya percepción del género está institucionalmente más consolidada que la percepción de la dis/capacidad. A pesar de ello, se observan interdependencias entre la insensibilidad teológica y práctico-eclesial hacia la discapacidad, que incluyen también el capacitismo. El ordenamiento eclesial que regula el servicio pastoral ofrece un amplio margen para la interpretación, dentro del cual no se garantiza un fundamental trato igualitario entre personas con discapacidad (en este caso, física) y personas sin discapacidad. Las autoras, ambas historiadoras de la Iglesia, entrevistaron a dos pastores con discapacidad sobre su experiencia siendo empleados de la iglesia. Sus testimonios ofrecen dos ejemplos de cómo, desde la década de 1980 hasta la actualidad, la discapacidad ha sido abordada durante la fase formativa del vicariato y en el ejercicio pastoral dentro de las iglesias protestantes. El artículo concluye con una contextualización tanto histórica como teológica. |
