Document Details : Title: Moisés en Lucas-Hechos Subtitle: Antiguo y Nuevo Testamento en diálogo Author(s): MORENO SANZ, Isaac Journal: Biblica Volume: 106 Issue: 2 Date: 2025 Pages: 228-254 DOI: 10.2143/BIB.106.2.3294732 Abstract : The continuous references in Luke and Acts of Apostles to the proper name of Moses are part of the dialogue between the Old and New Testaments. The author of Luke-Acts uses this resource to show the relationship between Moses, Jesus and the disciples. The legislator-liberator of Israel and the Messiah-Savior are presented in the continuity and fulfillment dynamic of God’s plan: rejected prophets, powerful in word and deed, are servants of God. Luke presents listening, encounter and dialogue as a model for the relationship between the two parts of the same Scriptures. |
