Abstract :
Edition of a hypomnema addressed to Ptolemaios, epistates and archiphylakites of Kerkeosiris, by the crown tenant Tothoes, son of Agonnouphis, concerning damages to crops sown on the kleros of the katoikic cavalryman Diodotos, son of Apollonios, caused by the release of a pair of oxen onto the land cultivated by the petitioner during the sowing season of 113 BCE.
