First, it identifies the owner of parish goods. Second, it examines the administrator of parish goods. Third, it explores the canonical penalties concerning financial malfeasance by pastors or their equivalents as the administrators of parish goods. Finally, it enumerates some remedies to protect the ecclesiastical goods of the parish. Cet article analyse les conséquences canoniques des malfaisances financières des curés dans l’administration des biens ecclésiastiques d’une paroisse, selon le canon 1376 révisé. Tout d’abord, il identifie le propriétaire des biens paroissiaux. Deuxièmement, il examine l’administrateur des biens paroissiaux. Troisièmement, il explore les sanctions canoniques concernant les malfaisances financières commises par les curés ou leurs équivalents en tant qu’administrateurs des biens paroissiaux. Enfin, il énumère quelques remèdes pour protéger les biens ecclésiastiques de la paroisse. |
