The mechanisms of ecclesial vigilance provided in law allow Pastors an authentic companionship of the members of these associations. The criteria set out in Christifideles laici and in Iuvenescit Ecclesia help Pastors in a pondered discernment of an association’s ecclesiality. The Pontifical Magisterium and canonical doctrine have developed broadly shared criteria for identifying the canonical characteristics of New Ecclesial Movements. Among the Dicasteries of the Roman Curia, particular vigilance and companionship of associations and movements is exercised by the Dicastery for Laity, Family and Life, so that gifts given by the Holy Spirit for the good of the whole Church might be duly acknowledged and encouraged. Les associations de fidèles, avec les caractéristiques canoniques qui leur sont propres, permettent aux baptisés dans l’Église d’exprimer la communion ecclésiale et d’en approfondir leur compréhension, à travers l’apostolat et la vie de sainteté que ces associations proposent. Les mécanismes de vigilance ecclésiale prévus par la loi permettent aux pasteurs un authentique compagnonnage des membres de ces associations. Les critères énoncés dans Christifideles laici et dans Iuvenescit Ecclesia aident les pasteurs dans un discernement réfléchi de l’ecclésialité d’une association. Le Magistère pontifical et la doctrine canonique ont développé des critères largement partagés pour identifier les caractéristiques canoniques des nouveaux mouvements ecclésiaux. Parmi les dicastères de la Curie romaine, une vigilance particulière et un accompagnement des associations et des mouvements sont exercés par le Dicastère pour les Laïcs, la Famille et la Vie, afin que des dons de l’Esprit Saint pour le bien de toute l’Église soient dûment reconnus et encouragés. |
