An example of this transnational discussion is the presence of a series of textual correspondences between John Picard of Lichtenberg’s Quaestiones disputatae and William of Peter of Godin’s Lectura Thomasina. The present paper analyzes these correspondences in order to shed new light on the relationship between these two theological works. In contrast to what has been assumed so far, I argue that Picard was a source for Godin. |
