'Zwischenebene' im Pontifikat Franziskus. Daran anschließend wird dargestellt, inwiefern das Rechtsinstitut der Bischofskonferenz eine genuin synodale Einrichtung ebendieser Zwischenebene darstellt und wie sich die von Papst Franziskus angesprochene 'authentische Lehrautorität' der Bischofskonferenz zur synodalen Natur der Kirche verhält. The article offers a definition of the concept of synodality as well as an overview of the significance of synodality on the so-called 'intermediate level' in the pontificate of Francis. This is followed by an account of the extent to which the legal institution of the bishops’ conference represents a genuinely synodal institution at precisely this intermediate level and how the 'authentic teaching authority' of the bishops’ conference referred to by Pope Francis relates to the synodal nature of the Church. L’article propose une définition du concept de synodalité ainsi qu’un aperçu de l’importance de la synodalité au ainsi nommé «niveau intermédiaire» dans le pontificat de François. Il examine ensuite dans quelle mesure l’institution juridique de la conférence épiscopale représente, précisément à ce niveau intermédiaire, une institution véritablement synodale, et comment «l’autorité doctrinale authentique» de la conférence épiscopale évoquée par le pape François est liée à la nature synodale de l’Église. |
