This erotapocritic text deals with the post-mortem individual eschatology in a detailed fashion. This text is given based upon two manuscripts, nos. M 2245 – Q, and variants are recorded from M 2168 – P. A further recension was published earlier and a list of manuscripts will be given in a further article. The oldest manuscript known of this work to date is dated 1353, and the tens of copies surviving witness to its significance in the subsequent period. |
