Une telle expression joue sur l’utilisation de l’antithèse, soulignée par des parallélismes formels, et la multiplicité des focalisations ainsi qu’une approche typologique de l’événement de la mise au tombeau du Christ et sa Résurrection, ouvrant sur un renouvellement de la nature humaine selon un mode qui échappe désormais à la corruption. La formulation hymnographique de ce message, tributaire d’une dense intertextualité qui l’ancre dans la Tradition ecclésiale antérieure, constitue une invitation pour le fidèle à adhérer de tout son être à ce changement ontologique. The hymns of Holy Saturday sung during orthros, in the Byzantine tradition, are an example of poetic expression of the doctrinal core of the Christian faith: the divine-humanity of Christ. Such an expression is based on the use of antithesis, underlined by formal parallels, and the multiplicity of focalizations as well as a typological approach to the event of Christ’s burial and resurrection, opening up a renewal of human nature, now exempted from corruption. The hymnographic formulation of this message, which is based on a dense intertextuality that roots it in the previous ecclesial Tradition, constitutes an invitation for the faithful to adhere totally to this ontological change. |
