Les deux premiers sont aussi attestés dans les inscriptions royales des Achéménides. Le troisième et le quatrième ont un lien avec l’Iran par leur nom. Le cas problématique de l’elammakku est aussi discuté. This article focuses on five types of exotic wood that are attested in Mesopotamian documents. The two first kinds of wood also occur in the Achaemenid royal inscriptions. The third and fourth ones have a link with Iran through their names. The last one, elammakku, is more problematic than the others, as will be demonstrated in the article. |
