The author describes the theme of “double identity” and reports on the different experiences of this presented at the conference. The centre of the conference was the debate between Paul Williams on the one hand and Perry Leukel-Schmidt and Jose Cabezon on the other on the validity of Buddhism. Michael von Brück provided the theological framework for making sense of the differences. |
