Les caractéristiques matérielles de ce sceau renforcent notre argumentation d’attribuer un sceau de Wistaxm ī hazarbed et les deux sceaux de Pīrāg ī šahrwarāz au règne de Husraw Ier (539-579) plutôt qu’à celui de Husraw II (590-628). The discovery of the first official seal of a general of Husraw II highlights the typological aspects that must have also been present on the seals of other generals of this king. The material characteristics of this seal reinforce our argument towards the attribution of the seals of Wistaxm ī hazarbed and Pīrāg ī šahrwarāz to the reign of Husraw I (539-579) rather to that of Husraw II (590-628). |
