Abstract :
Pope Francis has repeatedly reflected upon the synodal nature of the Church, identifying synodality as a 'constitutive element' of the pilgrim People of God. Synodality is to be found at all levels of ecclesial life, beginning within the particular Churches. This study proposes that a synodal approach to the management of finances, especially in dioceses and parishes, will eliminate most instances of financial malfeasance.
