Est-ce le Dieu d’Abraham, de Moïse et des prophètes? Ou est-ce plutôt le Dieu des philosophes? La désignation de Dieu comme ה) אלהים) a-t-elle des incidences théologiques? Comment les anciens traducteurs ont-il rendu l’emploi du mot ה) אלהים) dans le livre de Qohélet? Quel sens doit-on donner aux verbes «faire», «donner» et «juger» dont Dieu est le sujet? La théologie de Qohélet est-elle à ce point hérétique qu’elle ne mérite toujours pas d’interpeler ceux et celles qui, aujourd’hui, font de la théologie? In order to show that the theology of Qohelet is unique throughout the Bible, the author answers the following questions: Who is the God of the Book of Qohelet? Is it the God of Abraham, of Moses, and of the prophets? Or is it rather the God of philosophers? Does the designation of God as ה) אלהים) have any theological implications? How did the ancient translators translate the use of the word ה) אלהים) in the book of Qohelet? What meaning should be given to the verbs 'to do', 'to give' and 'to judge' when God is the subject? Is the theology of Qohelet still to be considered so heretical as to not be permitted a voice directed towards those who today do theology? |
