Dans certains pays, comme la France, ces débats sont parfois houleux et les opposants ont tendance à se diaboliser mutuellement, plutôt que de chercher à comprendre le point de vue de l’adversaire. L’enjeu, il faut l’avouer, n’est pas anodin, car il s’agit d’identifier des repères moraux destinés à structurer un domaine important de notre humanité, et par là aussi de notre vie sociale. Après une introduction qui posera le cadre de la discussion, j’analyserai les thèses de Gabriele Kuby. Dans la deuxième partie, je m’interrogerai sur les limites du droit à critiquer des types de sexualité. La troisième partie concernera l’éducation à la sexualité. Celle-ci devrait être le lieu où on apprend à parler de manière critique, mais respectueuse, des différentes manières de vivre sa sexualité et des normes morales qui doivent structurer notre vie sexuelle. Der Text fokussiert auf Debatten zu Sexualität und Gender. In bestimmten Ländern, wie beispielsweise Frankreich, sind diese Debatten manchmal stürmisch und Gegner tendieren dazu, sich gegenseitig zu verteufeln anstatt den Standpunkt des anderen zu verstehen zu versuchen. Es muss anerkannt werden, dass das, was auf dem Spiel steht, nicht unerheblich ist: Mit der Identifikation moralischer Normen wird beabsichtigt, einen entscheidenden Bereich unseres Menschseins und ebenso unseres sozialen Lebens zu strukturieren. Nach einer Einführung in den Gesamtrahmen der Diskussion wird Gabriele Kubys These analysiert. In einem zweiten Teil werden die Grenzen unseres Rechts, Typen von Sexualität zu kritisieren, diskutiert. Sexualerziehung wird der Gegenstand des dritten Teils sein. Diese Bildung sollte der Lernort für eine kritische doch respektvolle Diskussion der verschiedenen Möglichkeiten des Auslebens der eigenen Sexualität und der moralischen Normen sein, die unsere sexuellen Lebensformen strukturieren sollen. This text focuses on debates concerning sexuality and gender. In certain countries, e.g. France, these debates are sometimes stormy and opponents tend to diabolize each other, rather than to seek to understand the other’s viewpoint. It must be admitted that what is at stake is not negligible: identifying moral rules intended to structure an important domain of our humanity and thus also of our social life. After an introduction presenting the general framework of the discussion, Gabriele Kuby’s theses will be analyzed. In the second part, the limits of our right to criticize types of sexuality are discussed. Sexual education will be the subject of the third part. This education should be the locus for learning to discuss critically, yet respectfully, of the different manners of living one’s sexuality and of the moral norms which should structure our sexual lives. |
